Thought about becoming a Master Chef?
Choice Matters runs an 8 week cooking skills program.
The program will provide participants with a range of new skills. Classes are designed to meet the needs and abilities of adults living with disability.
The course is designed for participants who wish to become more independent while learning essential kitchen skills.
Participants will learn how to prepare and cook healthy foods by following simple recipes.
In addition, participants will learn how to safely use utensils, sharp knives, graters and other cooking tools, and how to safely operate a hot stove and oven. Knowledge of food safety is also an important part of the course.
We only cook in groups of 4, making it easy to make new friends whilst learning to cook.
Our classes are as fun as they are educational. This program will increase participants confidence and create lasting friendships.
Register via our contact form or give Andy or Jenny a call.
